We know that our main draw is the beauty of our spring gardens and the smell of spring in the air. Our gardens are worthy of your undivided attention, however there is even more to enjoy....

Artisan’s Garden Art Garden by the Skaneateles Artisans will return for the 2010 Show! Featuring garden, flower, and nature paintings, photographs, jewelry, quilts, stained glass, pottery, wood sculpting, faux painting, glass blowing, quilts, embroidery, and dried flowers. All items will be for sale on the show floor and live demonstrations will take place in the garden.

The Children’s Discovery Garden proudly anchors a family-friendly corner boasting many different things to do, learn & enjoy – also see, taste, touch, hear & smell… the five distinct senses that help us experience the world around us.  Another important sense for growing children is their SENSE OF WONDER– nurturing their imagination & creativity. There will be five fun & exciting areas that highlight the natural world around us. 

First Friday- March 5th  
After a long work week gather your friends and family to unwind at CNY Blooms from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday night.   An eclectic band, Z-Bones  will perform a variety of music.    The Oncenter will have a cash bar available and many creative food options.  Sit at linen draped tables and relax, stroll through the large landscaped gardens, watch the Skaneateles Artisans create and discuss their art, and shop the many exhibit booths.  Entrance to this event is the regular show ticket and coupons can be used.   Free parking in the Oncenter garage. Food and beverage expenses are additional. 

Preview Garden Party, Wednesday, March 3, 2010 is a sneak peak at our show floor.   Our charities receive 100 % of the proceeds from this event.  Attendees will enjoy a menu of delectable hors d’oeuvres.  A cash bar will also be available as well as wine tasting.  Listen to the soft sounds of a musical trio featuring bass, guitar, and drums.  Tickets levels are $100-Benefactor/$75-Patron, $50/Friend and will be available for order on this web site under the Preview Garden Party link.  

Shopping Stroll through over 100 exhibit booths for the latest garden tools, art, and related products.   Vendors will also have plant sales to get the early start on your garden!

Keynote Speakers – This year we have Three Keynote speakers! Ed Dore, Don Leopold and Terry Ettinger will be available to share their expertise and enthusiasm with the public. Join us for their presentations during the show.

Seminars-Thursday, Saturday and Sunday by local garden and landscape professionals.
No matter when you come to see us, there will be activities and entertainment in addition to the incredible display of gardens and spring plantings that will surround and envelop your every sense. Live music will be presented at the Preview Garden Party. Games and interactive displays are available everyday in the Children's Discovery Garden.  Local artists can be observed creating and displaying their unique works at the Skaneateles Artisan exhibition. While it’s cold outside, join us for beautiful gardens and activities for the entire family inside!
